說明

馬林酸樹脂又名失水蘋果酸樹脂，由松香與酸性物質加成反應後並以多元醇脂化而制得的不規則透明粒狀固體。本品具有色淺、不易泛黃、熱穩定性好及附著力強等優點。溶解於煤焦類、酯類及松節油等溶劑，不溶於醇類溶劑，部份溶於石油類溶劑，與植物油混溶性較好。

用途

MR-130 透過與植物油熱煉聚合，可應用於酯膠、酚醛類漆。加入聚酯、硝基及聚氨漆中，可改善光亮度、打磨性、漆膜硬度、及豐滿度。可起增黏或連結作用。主要作為噴漆、塗料基材，對一般樹脂具有良好的相容性。建議使用前，請先試驗與樹脂的相溶性。

請存放於乾燥陰涼倉庫中，勿接觸到強氧化劑、強酸及自燃物。

Brief Intro

An irregular transparent solid product. MR-130 is the addition reaction of rosin and maleic anhydride followed by glycerol esterification.

Properties

Our Maleic Acid Resin is soluble in solvents such as coal tar, ester, and turpentine oil, but insoluble in alcoholic solvents. Good compatible with plqnt oils and partially soluble in petroleum solvents. This product has the advantages of Light color, good heat stability, great adhesion power and not yellowing easily.

Applications

Through polymerization with plant oils, MR-130 is applied in production like ester gum or phenolic paint. It can improve the gloss, rubbing property, hardness of paint films and buildiness for polyesters, nitro and PU paints. It can also be employed as adhesive or binder for thermosol and road marking paints.
